Thazin Garden Hotel

Situated in an elevated area on Thazin Road, New Bagan, the resort overlooks hills, fields and pagodas in a very quiet and beautiful spot. The Thazin Garden Hotel in Bagan consists of private bungalows with teak carvings and a veranda. The guest rooms are sweetly decorated, homely but generously sized. Some have balconies and they all overlook either the gardens or the old pagoda situated in the main lawn.
 
The grounds are lush and green with palm trees and flowers, and there is a great swimming pool. The restaurant is inside a restored pagoda, serving excellent Burmese, Chinese and international food. The hotel also offers regular performances of Myanmar dance, music and their famous puppet shows.
